Company Overview and Manufacturing Capabilities:Shanghai Atlantis is a China-based custom hat manufacturer and exporter specializing in OEM and ODM headwear solutions for global brands, retailers, distributors and promotional companies.Established in 2006, we have 20+ years of headwear manufacturing experience with 15,000+ m² factories in China and Vietnam, 600+ production machines and 360+ skilled workers. We provide custom headwear solutions from design development and sampling to large-scale production.

Product Development and R&D:Our products include custom baseball caps, trucker hats, bucket hats, sports caps, beanies and promotional headwear. Supported by our R&D and QC teams, we offer complete customization including material selection, embroidery, printing, private labels and custom packaging.

Quality Control:Our quality system includes 100% inspection and needle detection, with compliance support for California Proposition 65, EN71, RoHS, REACH , ASTM and EU PPWR.

Certification:Our factories have passed BSCI, Disney, SMETA and NBCUniversal (NBCU) audits, with selected materials certified to OEKO-TEX, GOTS and GRS standards.

Project Experiencehave:We supplied custom headwear for brands and licensed projects including Primark, ECKO UNLTD, NBA, European football clubs, FC Barcelona and AC/DC, serving customers across North America, Europe, Australia and global markets.
